17 September 2008, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. Size around 3 mm. I think there's no need of dissecting genitalia since I believe this species is quite recognisable by external features, incl. colouration, wing venation, and specific 'neckless' habitus (if only I'm not completely wrong somehow).

Well, on first glance I would say Dynatosoma or something like that. I cannot see wing venation at all, so...

Many thanks Paul yet I still doubt it's a Dynatosoma: Sc doesn't join R1, pteropleurae with bristles, and base of M3+4 + Cu1 fork is in front of ta (i.e. closer to the base of wing). Maybe it's some Mycetophila like M. immaculata?
