Hello!

This was the largest Didea male I have ever seen, about the size of a Myathropa florea. It was sunbathing on leaves at a forest clearing on September-11 (northwest Germany). Is it Didea fasciata?

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
