Hi Folks Apologies for poor image quality This one was found 14th Sept 2008 West Yorks UK on Alder and low tree scrub near a semi cultivatred garden on the banks of the River Calder. Looks like an Ichneumonidae sp. to me. Roger. |

Definitely an ichneumon, not Diptera - Hymenoptera. Moved to the 'other insects' forum but probably best posted to the HymIS forum instead. |
