 I am fairly sure this is Anthrax varius, but do not have specimens to hand.

 David,I realize that I have not enough search. With Van Veen key, it is Anthrax varius.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
