Hmmm, interesting. If so, I would like to say THANK YOU because fumigata is not yet in our list of species. Is there any other possibilities ? I have three specimens of this species. Jari |

1. H-mmm, in this case, it seems dangerous to put name by photo 2. On the other hand I can't see why E.fumigata can't be in Finland. 3. Well, you have pinned fly and you have Jere. Let us know his conclusion Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

Yes, let's wait a bit. Jere has my mail abouth this one and I believe he will react sooner or later. They have fumigata in Sweden so indeed, why not here. Thank You again Nikita Jari |

KEEP THIS SPECIMEN! A very similar female was caught a few years ago from Finland and it remains nameless. With your male (it looks male) we can finally confirm the idenity of this species. It is definitely close to E. fumigata, but quite a bit darker than most central European specimens. Kahis |
