Picture taken at Sant Jordi Desvalls, Girona, Catalonia, last May. I've looked at the Gallery but it seems to me that it doesn't really quite fit Scathophaga stercoraria, wich seem to be quite reddish whereas this one looks greenish with striped back. Any idea? Scathophaga stercoraria. This species has several colour forms with intermediates like your yellow-green one. Kahis |
