 Dolichopodidae, Poecilobothrus nobilitatus ? from Romania

Hi, today (2.august.2008) i succeeded to photograph this dolichopodid. from what i have read here this will be Poecilobothrusnobilitatus (i'm too tired now to read Igor's key to check if there are other similar species). was nice to see the fly on display, moving the wings and also sliding on the water (like on ice). thanks in advance, cosmln cosmln attached the following image:  [135.98Kb] |
