I know some forums as this one for Diptera, the new Hymenoptera forum, aranhas.info for spiders... but many groups of insects lacks a forum. My ask is, somebody knows forum in English (or Spanish or even Portuguese) for things as terrestrial Isopoda, Myriapoda, mayflies, caddishflies, and avobe all: Lepidoptera (including micro-moths)?

Thanks.
Regards

there is a very, very good French forum: http://www.insect... extremely good. Experts for all groups. Grin

and Naturamediterraneo is great too, in Italian, though Pfft

http://www.natura....com/forum

and a german one by jurgen peters:
http://insektenfo...

I'm in all. .P but German for me... Shock Smile

for ants, the best is the Spanish lamarabunta - the best in the world for myrmecology - beats the australians! Pfft

In Spanish , there is just for ants. In Portuguese, just for spiders...
In English, I don't know other foruns...

Concerning micro-moths I know the iberian expert. Smile My friend. Smile But there is no forum... only in personal.

Thyanks a lot Jorge. I knew the incredible forum of ww.insecte.org but I don't speak Frencha bsolutely. Althoug I uploaded some pics to this gallery (www.galerie-insecte.org).

I also knew the forum Natura Mediterraneo where I knew the fantastic Hemiptera expert Paride Dioli Virgiliio. But I don't speak any word of Italian.

I don't knew until today the german forum that you've mentioned. But I don't speak absolutely anything of German.

I knew La Marabunta, I'm registrated in it and there aer many good esperts, today Fede Garc?a have identified an ant that I've photographed last weekend, and also they're very good helping my with Canary Islands ants.

And for moths including micro-moths, I know some people: Enrique Murria Beltr?n, or V?ctor Redondo Veintemillas that lives in my own city, but both are very busy and occupated. Maybe your friend could have more free time and then I will thanks you very much if you tell me his name and email adress.

Thanks a lot.

For lepidoptera try lepidoptera.de. It is quite good, lots of very good people there, although their forum engine is quite archaic.

The Problem in French, German and Italian Forums is the following:

- Perhaps you will find an expert on the Iberian Peninsula!

We don't know much about the species on the South!

These are always excuses that I received in that Forums Sad

we have great expertise on spiders. Wink
For lepidopters and coleopters too.. but the problem is that there is no portuguese foruns... with those groups.
Only for spiders.
