Hello! I would prefer the first, but I always have difficulties with these families... On July-20 at the light (northwest Germany), about 3.5-4 mm. Could be some kind of Hydrotaea sp, but could well be an Anthomyiid.

Paregle audacula Harris male. Note projecting mouth margin and hairy notopleuron (as well as 2 setae). |
