the cell r4+5 is completely closed. Thus the other thing? Size 4-5mm.

Correction:

This is Apodacra dispar (Sarcophagidae, Miltogramminae), male.
Typical is the thick metatarsus of hind leg.

The name cyprica was used for this species by several authors (Rohdendorf, Seguy), but Venturi proved cyprica to be a different species, which should have feather-like bristles on tibia of middle leg.
