It's hard to tell, without keying it, because it is quite anonymous-looking - but I would guess it is a Phryxe spp. from the hairy eyes and upturned apical scutellar bristles on a partially orange scutellum ... with discocentral and dorsomarginal bristles on the abdomen etc etc ... nothing very distinctive about the wing so no help there ... same with the humeral callus - the bristles form a line, which is the same for most of the species.
