This one is from 2000 (Tuddern, near Sittard), and still hasn't got a name.

Hello Ben,
This is indeed a Tachinid, subfamily Phasiinae.
I think the species is Phasia hemiptera, and this is the female!
The male has bigger and much more coloured wings, and furthermore it is much more conspicuous than the female!
I attached a picture!

That's a little bit embarrassing for me. The one you identified and the following one are placed next to each other in the map "Tachinidae" at my computer since a long time and I didn't realize that they could be man and wife.
