could this be Bibio marci?or there some other species looking alike? as far as I know it is not present in Romania
the fly was observed in the western part of Romania, Caras Severin County, photo taken by Adorian Ardelean

This is a female. The female of Bibio marci should have almost black wings, not translucent, if my observations are correct.

Also marci is a relatively early species as suggested by the name, and is most abundant from late March to early May.
