Not Miltogramma, because Miltogramma does have arista bare and no vibrissa. Liekele |

The last picture is indeed not Miltogramma. Chris Raper called it "a relative of Miltogramma" which is correct because it is Metopia female (both Sarcophagidae, Miltogramminae). There was a second picture showing typical pattern on thorax and abdomen of Metopia female more clearly. In this picture the arista is not clearly visible and I agree te picture suggests it to be not bare. I expect this to be an artefact. Liekele |
