Gastrolepta anthracina again?

Dear Forum, I took this picture today in my garden. It reminds me of the picture I posted some weeks ago which was identified as Gastrolepta anthracina, but that one had white rings round the abdomen where this one has only white spots. But wing base is yellow in Phyllomyia and the profile of the head is different, so I think it is Gastrolepta. I hope Theo will look at this one
