any chance to see the wing venation? It would turn more easy to say the genus.

Where did you find this one? Very soon I will go to Granada. It would be great to see the link for maps.google to know the location of these beauties. we have here the world expert in this family Steve Gaimari . |

hmm.... more I see, this is more bombyliid than scenopinid. Scenopinids, for example, in rest have their wings closed, also the body is not so stout as it should be.
