Howdy All,

Would any of you be so kind to help me ID this Coreid? The photograph was taken in College Station, Brazos County, Texas on 10 October 2005. I am positive it is a Leptoglossus sp. I will understand if this image is not enough to get it to species but any information would be helpful.

Leptoglossus seems right, indeed, when I compare it with images on Bugguide:

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
