Protophormia terraenovae?

First warm day in Moscow. I red about this fly, but never met it.
Am I right that it is Protophormia terraenovae? 9-10mm, on tree bark.

It really looks like Protophormia terraenovae - I've met it several years ago and then it was first published record from Lithuania Grin Although later I've found several old specimens in museum.

I didn't meet this fly because last spring I didn't interested Diptera yet, but according literature it have to be very common.
