Very very similar to my last post fly, but this one have a little different colour, no dark on tip of the abdomen. Date: Yesterday. Location, Habitat and others: La Pe?a, Huesca, NE Spain, 500 meters high, very hot day, full sun. In flowers. Size: same than a Gymnosoma. Could be H. helluo? Thanks. |

Certainly possible - but I can't say for sure because I haven't seen enough to know how similar the different Eliozeta spp. are and how they differ in the field from Clytiomyia. Theo is the expert on these |
