I would agree that this is Culex, and looks like C. pipiens group. If that's human blood, it's probably molestus; bird blood - probably pipiens.

Thanks Tony! I found it in my room, so I assume that it was interested in my blood. If I find out that it is interested in me (it's still around), is it safe to call it Culex cf. molestus? |

Probably safer to call it Culex pipiens group - I'm not sure which other species might be in Portugal.
