Empis sp. with bristles on femur

Hi, this Empididae (or is it ?) has very strong bristles on hind femur. I don't know does it help the determination.

It is one of the females with pennate bristles, an Empis by the looks of it.

Yes, subgenus Empis (Empis). Most of the species of this subgenus are flying right now.
