It's Minthoini alright, but there are more genera on Cyprus.
I'm not sure it is Mintho, can't see the wing venation enough.

I just noticed, the black vittae on thorax are clearly narrower than in Mintho. So it is Minthodes or Pseudomintho (I''m not pulling your leg !)
