Look like ticks to me, but I only see 3 pairs of leggs. Notice the very long antennae and palps (?). No idea what it is. Could it be some kind of larvae?

Some true bug's larvae, probably Lygaeidae.

Very probably Oxycarenus lavaterae (Lygaeidae).
