This beautiful fly I just found in my garden and I have no idea which fly or even from which family it is. Can anybody say something more about it? Thanks.

Mintho rufiventris Cool

For reference, this is a Cylindromyia - Mintho is a greyer fly with a laterally compressed abdomen, rather than cylindrical:
