Dear forum, I photographed this Scathophaga today in my garden. I think it is too "green" and not hairy enough for stercoraria. Is that correct and which species could it then be? Best regards, Niek Niek van Wijk attached the following image: [129.92Kb] |

Still it is S.stercoraria, a varyable species indeed.
