Small asilid

A smallish Asilid (8-10 mm approx) observed in Bois de Lauzelle, Louvain la neuve Belgium
May 5th 2008. I think the prey is an aphid.

Any idea ?

i think the prey is a hybotid (Diptera)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
