Both are Ampedus sp.

Hi Gordon, i think the yellow one is Ampedus elegantulus. take a look at: http://www.elateridae.com/zobrbruk.php?id=2857 and the red one looks like Ampedus sanguinolentus. take a look at: http://www.elateridae.com/zobrbruk.php?id=2911 also in general a very good resource for Elateridae is: www.elateridae.com hope this helps you, cosmln |
