Hi I hope you can help me identify this worm (larvae ) I found in the soil while digging some sod up It was on a rural sandy slope in Melbourne ontario canada on april 27 2008 this worm had 2 spots on both ends and a pointer of somekind that it used to drag itself around while on my hand it was quite active see attached photos thanks in advance \Dave" footah attached the following image: [39.55Kb] Edited by footah on 06-05-2008 15:07 |

I'm pretty sure this is an Asilidae (robber fly) larva, but don't know which one.
