It is an UNDESCRIBED, NEW species of Otites, which Elena Kameneva will include in her paper with a revision of the genus.

We'd greatly appreciate your permission to include one or two pictures of the 3 into the revision paper (with all your credits, of course) along with the description of the new species.

I do not remember exactly, but Elena had promissed the name either to Bob Van Aartsen or to Bernhard Merz, who sent her the first specimens. But we shall consider this option, too. Unfortunately, it has been collected several times before that, and it was one of the targets of our trip in 2002. Unfortunately, visa routine was too late, and we came to Greece only in the 2nd half of May... The species is really wonderful, and there are 2 additional new species related to it, from Turkey and Israel, both undescribed.
