Habitat: Garden near sea and agriculture land

The photos are taken one day apart, but I believe they show the same species, maybe Lypha dubia ... Is it male and female? I see the frons looks a little different, but otherwise they look rather alike. I only got reasonable sharp images from these angles.

Correct, male and female.

The tesselation on the abdomen and the rather strongly curved apical vein are characteristic.
