 strange insect - no idea (cicada kinship?)

Hi, Today a small insect landed on my trouser leg. My camera had the usual focus problems with such tiny critters. Nevertheless I'd like to show you the pics, because I have no idea where this animal belongs to. Superficially the wings recall a cicada, but the legs are different; the fore legs have broad and flat femura and tibiae. Then, the spreading antennae are quite peculiar. Eyes are hardly recognizable (at least, by my insufficient camera). After photoshooting, the insect hopped (or flew?) off. I greatly appreciate any idea what it could be. Looks like a Fulgoroidea, Family Delphacidae...They often have these prominent antennae which you do not find very often in the hoppers..
