This is a male Anthomyiidae with plumose arista. Hylemya ?

Probably Hylemya variata Fall?n. All tibiae black. Only reliably separated from H. urbica by the genitalia I will attach drawings of the two species here

It was a JPEG file, 17 kbs, 3.5 inches wide, with no gap or capital letter in the file name. I will have another go at later. Also black and white
