Hello,

I found this fly yesterday in my garden in North-Bavaria, Germany. Size 5 mm. Is it possible to identify this fly? thanks for your help.

Yes, male Fannia, looks like Fannia manicata / monilis.

Apex t2 even out of focus looks strongly dilated, I vote for F.manicata
