If I make a wild guess I would say that it looks a bit like Botanophila striolata Fall. The rather wide parafrontals and eyes separated suggest this. But please don't take this as a certain identification, as I would normally need to check lots of bristles, and especially the sixth tergite is bristly. As in all anthomyiids the male genitalia are diagnostic! Even with a nice photo like this, it must be a guess |
