When I was enjoying the beautiful sight of flies over a dead shrew, an ichneumonid(?) came and started to ovipositing through the skin of the shrew on the dipteran larvae that were feeding on the carcass. Can anyone help me to find out what this species is? location: Barcelos, Portugal date: 31/03/2008 A video that I made in this occasion: http://www.youtub...y7u2DRwKXo |
