Difficult to say, but first impression of more of a Calliphoridae, perhaps Bellardia (the calyptrae are darkened).

Why not simply Pollenia, can Pollenia not have dark calyptrae? ?

Pollenia was my first impression, but I couldn't find any wavy hairs on the thorax, so that bothered me.
