It look like a Carabidae (ground beetle) to me. Maybee a Carabus sp. |

looks to only have 9 segments to the antenae, tenebrionidae tend to have 11, |

It looks like a Helops (tenebrionidae). I see a lot of H. caeruleus here and it looks very similar. |

ok... for me, it seems to be H. coeruleus, but I don't know almost nothing by this insects so...should it be identified like Helops coeruleus? Many thanks for all your help Amalia |

There is another Helops - rossii - in Romania, but I don't know what the distinguishing features are. For the moment I'd stick with Helops species, but one of our more expert coleopterists may be able to help further.
