I would say a male Pollenia sp.

The top one is an old male (tatty wings, worn thoracic hairs, eyes close together). The lower one is a fresher female (clean edge to the wings, lots of golden hair on the thorax, eyes further apart). They may or may not be the same species (can't tell from these photos).
