This hoverfly looks like a Parhelophilus to me, but identifying the species is more complicated, unless this post (https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=7&thread_id=98594) provides the answer: male Parhelophilus frutetorum! Indeed, the posterior edge of T2 isn't yellow on the sides, so it wouldn't be a male P. versicolor, and the gray markings on T1 rule out P. consimilis. Is that correct?
