Bellardia?

Could this be Bellardia spec. and could perhaps something more be said about its identity? This pretty fly was about 7 mm long. Photographed on March 14th at Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen (dunes), Netherlands.

I'm not sure.
Was it really green on the abdomen or is the light tricky ?
The dusting vittae on the thorax rather suggest Melinda, in which case the abdomen really must be blue.

Hello Theo, I'm 100% certain the abdomen was green. I noticed it in the field and at first I thought it was Neomyia or something like it.
Here's another photo from a slightly different angle.

The second picture looks indeed like Bellardia.
