This Brachycera was found in an open woodland, mainly oak, with grass and flowers on the ground. Mid May just outside Stockholm Sweden. Is it possible to say what genus this is? or even species?

Many thanks John for a quick answer.
This could possibly be an Empis trigramma, I will have a further look in relevant keys
