In Kourou, French Guiana; size of the body 3-4 mm
In Tetreuaresta could be barcoda or not ?
I have the description of T barcoda here, that seems OK for the wings at least.

Yes, it meets bartica well (original description says that the "thorax probably black in ground color", which misleads, also in the Steyskal's key, but it could be dark due to putrification. T. bartica type locality is Guyana.
