Hello, no idea. Maybe tachinid fly, genus Carcelia? Location: Germany, Rhineland-Palatinum, 53572 Unkel, river Rhine valley, Stux hill, dry and warm habitat (grapeyards), nearby deciduous forest (oak, beech ...), about 70 meters above sea level, July 7th 2024.
