Syrphid larvae?

Dear all, we found two larvae (or prepupa?) within a bark gaps of an oak tree which is already invested by Agrilus bigutattus and had some sap flow. Found end of Oct in Hessian/Germany. As far as I could determine it, I would guess it should be syrphid larvaes perhaps members of Merodontini?
