This small Nematocera was found close to a small pond in a pasture land just outside Stockholm Sweden The wings are about 2-3 mm Is it possible to identify the genus from these images?

Many thanks John for finding the right genus. I will dive into details tomorrow but I doubt that I will be able to get to genus
