Im not sure about this one neither.
The shot was taken in a damp meadow in Monte Alba-Vigo (Spain) a 375 mts. Yesterday morning. The fly was between 5 to 6mm overall length, and she seemed quite busy dealing with this marigold.

tribe Heteromyzini and probably Tephrochlamys but the subcostal cell not visible Sad
