Hello,

I photographed this fly in the garden today. Could it be Chlorops pumilionis? The fly has black tarsi. Thaumatomyia notata has rather light-coloured tarsi, or what do you think?

Greetings, Volker

Hi Paul,

many thanks for your opinion. I am also more in favour of the genus Chlorops.

Greetings, Volker
