I caught this Limoniidae male on sheet at night. I am confident from wing venetion it is Dicranomyia, but not D. modesta, since it lacks dark stripe on thorax (entirely pale), and genital details are different. It looks most like D. radegasti as depicted in https://eskoviitanen.fi/dicranomyia_radegasti_e.htm). That species has been reported from Norway and UK, but not the Netherlands? Can it be some other species?

I am inclined to think it is chorea but the pictures do not show all the necessary details. You should check this paper: https://ccw.natur..._1993a.pdf.
