Genus is Xorides, I think, and I tried to use the Schmiedeknecht key, which led me to Xylonomus seticornis (= Xorides s.). But many characters are not visible.

This is Schmiedknecht's description:
22. X. seticornis Strobl
Sehr verwandt mit X. pilicornis, aber Fühler am Ende verdickt, die ganzen Brustseiten rot, Mesopleuren nadelrissig, die hintersten Hüften fast ganz rot, Bohrer kürzer.
Fühler mit weissem Ring und vor der Spitze mit 6 Stachelbörstchen.
Hinterleib rot mit schwarzen Endsegmenten. Beine durchaus rotbraun mit schwarzen Hüften und Trochantern. Vorderschienen wie bei X. pilicornis.
Fühlerspitze bedeutend dicker als bei dieser Art;
Thorax nur oben und unten schwarz, an den Seiten ganz rotbraun Mesopleuren fast durchweg fein nadelrissig, dazwischen mit zerstreuter Punktierung; die ganze Punktierung des Thorax viel feiner, dichter und mehr runzlig. Oberseite des Kopfes nicht fein zerstreut, sondern dicht runzlig-punktiert, fast matt.
Hinterhüften nur unterseits teilweise schwarz, bei einem grossen ♀ sind auch Gesicht und Wangen rotbraun gefleckt.
L. 9-12 mm, Bohrer 5-7 mm.
