 I spotted this approx. 10mm fly in Germany Baden Württemberg on 15.05.2024 at the edge of the forest. Is the Empis livida?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
